  • Standard Cut Venison:  We tell you how it’s going to be cut.  $85 complete – Steaks, Chops, Roasts, and Burger.  No Deviations to Standard Cut, although you may add sausage selections to your standard cut order.
  • Custom Cut Venison:  You tell us how it’s going to be cut.  You can have backstraps rather than chops, and burger rather than roasts – as you wish.  $100 complete.
